| Exit Logan Airport (Boston) following signs to Sumner
Tunnel/Boston. Proceed through the Tunnel. There is a $2.00 toll at the beginning
of the Tunnel. At the end of the Tunnel, follow directions to Route 93 South,
locally known as the Expressway. Follow to Braintree Split area. Follow for
approximately 2 miles, then get in the far right lane. Go right at Exit 18,
which is marked Washington St./Quincy Center/T Station. Follow
the ramp system for ¾ mile, staying in the left lanes, following Quincy
Center signs. You will come to a stoplight. As a reference, the Quincy T Station is
on the right. Go left at the stoplight to a second stoplight. Bear left at this stoplight
into Crown Colony Office Park. Go straight. At the intersection with Congress
St., go straight. Applied Systems is in the first building on the
right, 300 Crown

| From Route 95 North or South, take
Exit 12 in the Dedham, MA, area. Exit 12 is marked 93 North Boston/Braintree. Follow for
approximately 5.5 miles, then get in the far right lane. Travel right at Exit 18,
which is marked Washington St/Quincy Center/T Station. Now follow the boldfaced
directions below. From Route 24 North, follow to the end and take Route 93 North, Boston/Braintree exit. Follow for approximately 2 miles, then get in the far right lane. Travel right at Exit 18, which is marked Washington St/Quincy Center/T Station. Now follow the boldfaced directions below. From Boston, Route 93 South (Expressway) follow to Braintree Split area, then exit left at Route 3 South/Cape Cod sign. You will almost immediately go right at Exit 18 marked Washington St/Quincy Center/T Station. Now follow the boldfaced directions below. From Route 3 North, travel right at Exit 19. Now follow the boldfaced directions below. Follow ramp system for ¾ mile, staying
in left lanes, following Quincy Center signs. You will come to a stoplight. As
